The IssueNet Architect provides an environment for creating and customizing IssueNet solutions.
An IssueNet solution is a set of metadata that defines the features and functions that configure IssueNet for a particular business process. By allowing you to build and customize solutions, IssueNet provides a single platform that can be used for any type of issue management. Each solution can define its own:
- Workflows
- Classes and Properties
- Object Forms
- Search Forms
- Reports and Print Formats
- Menu and Toolbar Items
- Queries
- Custom .NET Assemblies
Most elements of a solution can be created and managed in either the Architect or the Administrator. However, some more advanced features such as creating an editing classes, forms design, menus, tool bars and plugins, are offered only in the Architect.
Any user who is a member of the Administrator group can logon to the IssueNet Architect. By default the user account “Administrator” can be used to logon to the IssueNet Architect without a password.
